To provide our services and to operate the website, we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - GDPR.

I. Processing of personal data

If you enquire about our services, we must work with your contact and other data that you provide to us, in particular via the enquiry form.

For what material reason?

We will contact you via them to further arrange the process and details of the service provision and we will also use them in the actual provision of the service.

On what legal basis?

This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - negotiation or performance of a contract, or Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 year from our last communication.

II. Who gets access to the data?

Your data will remain with us, except for disclosure to third parties for reasons necessary for order processing. In this case, we only provide the data strictly necessary. For example, this includes providing a telephone number to a taxi driver so that he can contact you that he is on his way. In the case of such provision to a third party, we require a written undertaking from such third party to ensure that the data provided is processed correctly. We only process personal data within the European Union.

III. What else you should know

We do not have an appointed data protection officer in our company.

Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

If you have any questions about the processing of personal data, please contact us using the contact form on our website.

Please note that third parties (including, for example, external service providers) may also use cookies and/or access data collected by cookies on the website.

Further information about cookies and a current list of cookies can be found via individual web browsers, most often under Developer Tools.

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us to request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to that data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data we process, to request that we erase your personal data in certain situations, and to request data portability in certain cases.
